Project on Independent Cultural Spaces and Managers Exchange
The association 2ème Lieu, a French organisation that seeks to promote independent cultural spaces and exchange between cultural managers, launched in late 2012 an audiovisual project that involves visits to this kind of spaces in Colombia, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina and interviews to their cultural managers.
This project is supported by ARTfactories/Autre(s)pARTs.

The Hangzhou Final Declaration - May 2013
The meeting organised by UNESCO from 15 to 17 May, in the Chinese city of Hangzhou, aimed to assess the role of culture in achieving the Millennium Development Goals at the same time as to lay the foundations for the inclusion of a specific goal focused on culture in the post-2015 UN development agenda, thus helping to support heritage, diversity, creativity and the transmission of knowledge.
