Description

Ozu was founded in 2005 by 13 members from different backrounds in the arts and applied arts. They took over the run down building in the beautiful olive grove surroundings 50 km outside Rome. The renovation works are still going on, but activities have been realized since the summer 2006. Ozu focuses especially on rich artistic and cultural exchange inviting national and international artists to make and show work that interacts with the place and its people. It wishes to both stimulate and promote the territory on which it operates and to create a platform for emerging contemporary art for young artists from all over Europe.
